Introduction
In 2005 I began my study and research on the "THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION" from the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. At first I had not "at that time" read or considered any rulings or interpretations that have been made on the 1st Amendment which has altered the, "Freedom Of Religion". Later and after discovering the incredible distortions of the 1st Amendment and the Freedom Of Religion I then did a comprehensive study on the 1st Amendment and mainly on the freedom of religion part, including research many records. I was shocked to learn of and read the various court rulings which has changed and altered the original meaning of "the freedom of religion". I then did further research into what President Thomas Jefferson had stated and written, that his phrase, "Separation of Church and State" was meant to be a WALL of PROTECTION of the 1st Amendment and against those who would attempt to "wrongfully interpreted" the 1st Amendment, that did NOT meet or follow "THE CORE" interpretation, which is the intent, the meaning and the understanding of the Freedom Of Religion in the 1st Amendment. Below is the ORIGINAL wording in a section in the 1st Amendment about the "FREEDOM OF RELIGION!"
"Congress shall make NO law respecting an establishment of religion, or "PROHIBITING the FREE exercise THEREOF;" . And lastly, the phrase "Separation Of Church and State" has NEVER existed in the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution!

PLEASE NOTE! As this has been a very exhausting study and research over the past almost 4 years, there still is some areas in this writing that needs to be corrected. But due to the need to get this report out as soon as possible, I will correcting typos, grammar, sentence structure as well as including any points that were not included, as well as any other corrections that need to be done. Thank you all for your patience. I will have this writing completed soon!

I believe that through my research and study, as well as constantly praying for and seeking God's wisdom, I am convinced there are ways of stopping and defeating those that have and are attacking our FREEDOMS! The only way to fight to win the battle is like many of our founding fathers had to do, and that is to join the fight and struggle to push back and stop and defeat those in our nation that are determined to damage and even destroy what our fore father's had worked so very hard for to give us, as well as many of them gave up their lives in fighting for our freedom, independence and country. I do not claim to have all the answers, but I firmly believe that I do have some very good ideas and answers and ways to help save our nation from those that are trying to destroy it and those who have already won battles of taking some of our freedoms from us. Our nation is in it's GREATEST HOUR OF NEED! And I firmly believe that unless more and more True American Patriots join The Battle to save OUR nation and AND WITH GOD, THEN WE CANNOT LOOSE! It is up to YOU to do what you can and MUST to fight for our nation. There is a loud cry from many of the people across this great country who are saying LOUDLY, "WE WANT TO HELP STOP THOSE WHO ARE DESTROYING OUR CONSTITUTION AND OUR COUNTRY!

JUST A REMINDER!
"Separation Of Church And State"
Is Not In Or Part Of The 1st Amendment!
For those of YOU who are not aware of this, YOU might be quite surprised to learn that the phrase "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" is "NOT" in the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution or ANY WHERE in the Constitution" and has never been! However, that phrase has been used as one of the most important phrases we have to protect our 1st Amendment on the Freedom Of Religion". So WHERE did that phrase, "Separation Of Church And State" come from, and who wrote it? Read on to find out.
In October 1801, Thomas Jefferson had been elected President of the United States. He was the first anti-Federalist president to be elected and this was good news to the Baptists, who primarily held to the anti-Federalist position. There were growing concerns among some that other larger denominations such as the Episcopalian's and the Congregationalist's would be endorsed by the new government. Out of concerns the Danbury Baptists wrote a letter to Thomas Jefferson. The first portion of the letter was congratulating him and wishing him God's blessing in his presidential position. They express their serious concern about the "free exercise of religion" that is in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They firmly believed that right to be "INALIENABLE" unless and when a person's "religious rights and practise of their "religious" freedoms (would cause a person or others problems.)
Jefferson wrote and stated that the American people declared that their legislature will NOT MAKE ANY LAW RESPECTING an establishment of religion or PROHIBITING the FREE exercise of RELIGION. Jefferson felt very strongly that if the legislature would try to counter or change the 1st Amendment's statement of (separation of church and state), then THAT WOULD BE PUTTING UP A "WALL" BETWEEN THE 1st Amendment and the section on The Freedom Of Religion" with the legislature and the American citizens, would be ILLEGAL and AGAINST the 1st Amendment's original law on the "Freedom Of Religion".
THIS IS WHAT JEFFERSON DID NOT WANT TO HAPPEN!
In Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists, he used the wording of "separation of church and state" which was meant to explain the need for a "Wall" OF PROTECTION AGAINST THOSE who would try to damage or destroy the "Freedom Of Religion" that is in the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. I realize that Jefferson had no idea the damage those words "the separation of church and state" would cause in the future and by those who would and have wrongfully interpreted the words and meaning of the "WALL", "THE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!" THIS was The meaning for the word "wall" that Jefferson used, and was meant to be for protection of the 1st Amendment's FREEDOM OF RELIGION and against THOSE THAT WOULD TRY TO CHANGE IT, MISINTERPRET IT, OPPOSE IT AND OR DESTROY IT, and should and when the need would arise, which it has and way to often and still is happening. So we know that Jefferson set those words, "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" as a wall of protection! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND! The words, "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" are NOT in the 1st Amendment!
- SPECIAL - IMPORTANT - REMINDER -
A long time ago I was one of those who didn't know the real meaning of the words "Separation of Church and State" and what it meant, because like many others, I was misinformed about the real meaning of that phrase. The phrase of "Separation Of Church And State" was Jefferson's "WALL" of protection against those in the legislature that would try and attempt to change "The Freedom Of Religion". What I just stated explains it very simply. The wording of "Separation of Church and State" was meant to be a "WALL" of defense to protect the FREEDOM OF RELIGION in our country from those who wanted and want to change it from it's original meaning and intent! I will explain more in detail further on in this study!

"Separation Of Church And State"
Is A Wall Of Protection Of The 1st Amendment's Freedom Of Religion!
Jefferson's "wall" of "Separation Of Church And State" which has and is being used to do just the opposite, and which is to UNDERMINE and HAS UNDERMINED and through misinterpretation's of the "1st Amendments Freedom Of Religion law and wording". It is not the phrase and wording of "Separation Of Church And State" that is the cause of attacking freedom of religion. It is ALL about misinterpreting that phrase and in many courts of law, and often getting a NEW or revised interpretation of the ORIGINAL Amendment, or to put it another way, the separation of church and state "fence" that Thomas Jefferson had writhen about, has been "illegally", used in various attacks on the "freedom of religion", and to "illegally" redefine the wording and intent of the original "freedom of religion" in the 1st Amendment. This has been done in various court cases and rulings to purposely twist and water down the words and intents to change the "CORE" meaning of the original wording in the first amendment on the "freedom of religion". That is an ILLEGAL ATTACK on the 1st Amendment and the U.S. Constitution and is a travesty and an out right blasphemy, and it has been happening for decades, and even up until the present.
In 1947 there had been a land mark decision (to alter the freedom of religion)that the courts had ruled WRONGFULLY and ILLEGALLY and misinterpreted the 1st Amendment's freedom of religion! Further down in this study you will read the entirety of what happened in that disaster and travesty that Attacked the 1st Amendments Freedom Of Religion and started a chain reaction since 1947 of ALL the many other attacks on the "1st Amendments part of the "Freedom Of Religion!" The attacks on the freedom of religion was and continues to be based on misinterpretion of the 1st Amendment on the freedom of religion. And remember this, as you read the sections that have to do with the "freedom of religion" in the 1st Amendment). The attacks will most likely continue and get worse, (as is happening today).
Jefferson's Concerns About Freedom Of Religion!
I am positive that Jefferson's had concerns for the future with his "Wall" and or "Fence", (as I previously stated), wordings for the protection of the Freedom Of Religion in the 1st Amendment. And as in Jefferson's day, (and like there is today) there were those in the legislature that were and are opposed to the 1st Amendment section on the "Freedom Of Religion". Please excuse me for being repetitious in my study and report, but I want to do as much and say as much as I can to drive home the facts and to try to enlighten those that know little about the complex understanding, in this study and about the "1st Amendment section on the "Freedom Of Religion" and the errors, mistakes, misinformation and misinterpretation's that many have made. Please, bare along with me on this very lengthy study and report. Jefferson knew and had reason to know, that problems would come up with certain individuals in the legislature about the "Freedom of Religion". And because of Jefferson's concerns and that he included in his letter to the Dansbury Baptists, he mentioned that, about a few situations that would cause problems. The two situations were these. Situation #1: Those American citizens that "OPPOSE" religious freedoms. #2. Those that "ARE" for religious freedoms".
We know well today of the many small special interest groups and political groups arguments that have arisen and arise from those various "factions" or groups of people that oppose the 1st Amendments section on religion and the freedoms of religion. Jefferson being an extremely intelligent person had the fore sight of various problems that would arise to oppose religion and the freedom of religion as well as disputes of the freedom of religion and by those that want it changed or have the Freedom Of Religion (in the 1st Amendment) watered down or totally rewritten or worse yet, to totally have the Freedom of Religion removed from the 1st Amendment, and to fit their own "anti-religious" views and or anti religion convictions. it is easy enough for me to read and understand about Jefferson's GREAT concerns about the "Freedom Of Religion" and the complexities of future arguments that could and would arise against the 1st Amendment's section, which is one if not THE most important foundation, rights and law of and for our nation in the "U.S. Constitution!"
A Response Of Jefferson
This was not the first time he had written to others about the same concerns. One of Jefferson's example statements or letters, was that our Constitution's religious rights would not and could not be changed or altered.
Jefferson had written a letter to "Noah Webster" in concern of the purposes of the public citizens does not require for them or anyone to give up all of their rights and to the government. Jefferson stated there was "safeguards" to protect the people from the government in times when the government would try to alter their rights or take their rights away, and in this case, from the "Freedom Of Religion" in the 1st Amendment. Jefferson's first reply in a letter to the Dansbury Baptist Association stated this, "Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between a man and his God; that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship; that the legislative powers of government reach actions only and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of "separation between Church and State". Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties." 4. The reference to "natural rights" was an important phrase of the time that by definition included "that which the Books of the Law and the Gospel do contain". So the natural rights are those inalienable rights given by God to people, and these rights should not violate any social duty. These inalienable rights are protected from federal regulation interference.
READ AGAIN THIS VERY IMPORTANT PART in the above paragraph where Jefferson "stated"; "the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus "WOULD AND COULD" build a wall between the "separation between Church and State".
I am well aware of the ongoing argument of "Separation Of Church And State", and how the wording has been used, which has also been MISUSED, especially over the past 50 or more years in attacking "freedom of religion"! We can clearly see and understand why Jefferson came up with the wording, "Separation Of Church and State", and that he saw it was extremely important that nothing should ever get in the way of the people's freedom of religion. But should that case arise, )then there IS THAT "WALL") of "separation of church and state" to protect the 1st Amendment and people's rights on the freedom of religion.
THIS IS A REMINDER TO THE READERS! Many have taken that statement (separation of church and state) totally out of context and just plain WRONGFULLY! Jefferson was talking about the NEED that a WALL may or should be needed IF there was a problem that would arise that would question the freedoms of religion (as put fourth in the Constitution), and the legal right to religious freedoms and to practise it. I am sure I have many of readers attention with that explanation.
Special Note About Early American English and Wording!
Early American English at that time (for commoners of our nation) was very different then that of today's language. I think it is clear to see and read why many of the early American words and sentences were very difficult to not only read and pronounce, but also at times hard to understand the meaning and intent of words and along with the sentence structure "of that time."
(Over View) Understanding Jefferson "Wall" Of Protection On Freedom Of Religion!
In conclusion, there is one well-established and documented meaning to "a wall of separation between church and state". Although originating in it's use in a personal letter written by Thomas Jefferson, it was fully endorsed by the leaders of our country and eventually picked up by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court originally supported Thomas Jefferson's position and in that manner to decide actual rulings on the "freedom of religion". The intent of the "wall" was clearly to protect the God-given religious freedoms of the people - a freedom that includes public expression, and without legislature interference. But it seems clear to me, that the courts these days, THEY are clearly in violation of that section in the 1st Amendment dealing with "freedom of religion". So, what say the readers of this study?
Only WHEN a person's religious expression involved acting with ill will toward another, did the government have a right to cross the "wall", AND INTEREPHERE. The current understanding is essentially the opposite view. The 'wall' was never intended to protect government from the expression of an inalienable right. Now the wall has been turned upside down. Using the current interpretation, the government of the people has found authorization to inflict ill will against a religious person, even when that person's public expression of religion is harming no one else. I have to go on further and adding to the above statement with "those" today who are attacking the "freedom of religion" of the 1st Amendment.
Jefferson's Strong and Pro Stand On Freedom Of Religion!
It is clear in one of Jefferson's interpretations of his letter as well as other documents that he wrote this. "God is the author and the source of our RIGHTS and that the government was prevented to not interfere with those rights, and a safe guard or protection was in place to NOT LIMIT any religious activities in public. The "safe guard" that protected people was in limiting the power of the government and to prohibit interference with those rights. Jefferson's letter was not ANY LEGAL ENDORSEMENT to legally change or alter the 1st Amendment on the "Freedom Of Religion". Jefferson wrote about the "Separation Of Church And State", although those words don't exist in the 1st Amendment or ANY WHERE IN THE U.S. CONSTITUTION. The words "Separation Of Church And State" existed only as an argument by Jefferson against those in the legislature that would try to pervert, challenge or change the 1st Amendment section on the "freedom of religion", and that Jefferson referred to the words "separation of church and state as a "wall", or, as I have stated several times in this study, a "fence" of protection for the freedom of religion.
The above paragraph is one of my favorites and really explains it ALL!
And incredible as it is, for over 150 years or more since the U.S.Constution was written and signed and passed into the law, there still and will most likely always remain "those" that will "especially" ATTACK the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution on the "Freedom Of Religion", and by using the wording "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" WRONGFULLY and ILLEGALLY! But there is also a second front of the battle on the "freedom of religion" and that is those have been and are interpreting that phrase to read anything but what it was and is supposed to read and mean. WHY? The attacks on the "freedom of religion" is often by those who are against God and any teachings or beliefs of God. To be more precise, "atheists" and "atheist organizations" that have for decades gone to war with the freedom of religion and to stop and strip this nation of it's Christian/Judeau foundation upon God! Many of us have read it in magazines, seen news reports on TV about those "anti-God" people and organizations that are Hell bent on removing any statues or monuments, as well as signs that represent God, Jesus Christ and Christianity! There is a battle that is being waged against the "FREEDOM OF RELIGION" and against GOD and OUR COUNTRY and against CHRISTIANS AND CRISTIANITY AND JUDAEISM! Those people are destroying our NATION'S FOUNDATION OF FREEDOMS! I feel very strongly that WE can win the battles!
Those people or churches that have been in a battle to try to stop those that are destroying their rights and the 1st Amendment of the freedom of religion, many of them know all to well that the biggest battle is often about "Words" and "Sentences" and their "Meanings", and the "Translation and Interpretation" of them and what they mean, like in the "The 1st Amendment's Freedom Of Religion!". Over the decades many court decisions that have been made on "Religion, Freedom of Religion, etc., Various judges in court have made horrible mistakes , based on poor or "ignorant" decisions on the "Freedom Of Religion". Another reason of the failure of courts to render a fair and legal decision on "religious freedoms" cases, has been due to favoring "small or large special interest "anti-religion "groups" and "organizations!" Obviously and under our laws, it is a crime against the United States Constitution, and against the "legal" citizens of the U.S. But this travesty of the law and of and against the people and their legal rights has been going on for decades, and is getting worse!
BY RULINGS OF THE COURTS
As I in various court rulings many of the Amendments and the wording have been misinterpreted, (which I strongly believe). Some of the arguments in courts arise from or about what the words and wording and how and what those words mean and say in the U.S. Constitution and how they should and must be interpreted, etc.! And because of this, many decisions and rulings by the upper courts, including the U.S. Supreme courts, make rulings that have been made wrongfully! Does that make sense to YOU? No, it doesn't to me or most people! And this is one of the most important reasons of all that our ORIGINAL documents of our nation MUST BE interpreted "TOTALLY" correctly, and by following "Thomas Jefferson's" Wall Of Protection" statement of "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE", and including the early American writing and words of Thomas Jefferson's time"! I personally believe that up-dating the U.S.Amendments into today's modern English CORRECTLY is an answer. No one can or should make up words they think explains the words and or a sentences in an Amendment. And the same sentiments goes for those judges that make rulings based on wrongfully interpreted, misued words and sentences and misinterpretation's.
In case there are those who are not aware of this, our nation at it's birth was CALLED A "REPUBLIC". Many people today don't know this or never have, and including those that don't understand what the word REPUBLIC MEANS! Many call our nation a "DEMOCRACY", or a "DEMOCRATIC NATION", WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! Our nation was FOUNDED on a REPUBLIC, not under a DEMOCRACY. I will explain later on in this study all about this, and the difference between a REPUBLIC and a DEMOCRACY and the importance of it that EVERY American citizen SHOULD KNOW AND REALIZE. I wish to personally thank my dear friend and brother in the Lord Jesus, in regards to his knowledge and deep concerns about our nation's citizens knowing what a REPUBLIC IS AND MEANS. Tragically, our nation know longer is a Republic.
I will soon be adding on a section about "REPUBLIC" and just exactly what it means and what it stands for and other information.

The Congressional records covering June to September 1789 records the entire process of the ninety Founding Fathers as they created the First Amendment to the Constitution.
Below is a more detailed understanding of the 1st Amendment's "Freedom Of Religion". There are some repeated parts in this section from the above study that is material already covered. Please bare along with me, as I am trying to explain and teach everything possible that I have researched, and I don't want to miss any important details. Some of the parts in this study are from other individuals that I have included that have done a lot work in research and have written their own reports on this matter. I am not trying to OVER KILL this area of study by any means, but to try accomplish MORE and as much as possible with this research to enlighten the readers about this MOST important study and knowledge. The welfare of our nation and it's survival hinges on one of our most important documents and foundation of our nation, which is upon the U.S. Constitution. MORE ON JEFFERSON'S STATEMENT OF
Separation Of Church And State in court rulings.
The Following Includes More About Jefferson's Letter He Wrote to the Dansbury Baptists.
Jefferson made it very clear in his letter that he wrote to the "Dansbury Baptists" in 1801, about the "need" for a "wall or fence" of protection for the "Freedom Of Religion" in the 1st Amendment. How right he was with his statement that he wrote of "Separation Of Church And State". Jefferson's statement of separation of church and state was his own wording and was not a part of the actual 1st Amendment. I am going to go over this again to better explain this. Jefferson's wording of "Separation" of church and state" was meant to protect the "freedom of religion" in the 1st Amendment and from being misinterpreted and to COUNTER OR REFUTIATE OR CHALLENGE anyone trying to change or alter the freedom of religion. And here we are over 150 years later, and Jefferson's phrase, "Separation Of Church And State" has been and still is being used by those who are "attacking" the "freedom of religion" with illegal rulings based on guesses or bad interpretations and or for political reasons, including trying to eliminate "religion", and by trying to alter the "original" 1st Amendment on "freedom of religion", by adding in new Rhetoric. I am going to state it again about Jefferson's "fence" or "wall" of protection of the 1st Amendment on the freedom of religion, so everyone clearly understands. The phrase that Jefferson wrote in his letter to the Dansbury Baptists in 1801, "separation of church and state" was meant to protect the "freedom of religion" in the 1st Amendment, although those words were "NOT" part of the 1st Amendment section on freedom of religion.
The Supreme Court in 1878 first used the Thomas Jefferson statement (of separation of church and state) in the case of Reynolds vs. United States, a case dealing with the Mormon practice of polygamy. Regarding the use of this letter (from Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist Association) in an official case, the Court said that the letter "may be accepted almost as an authoritative declaration of the scope and effect of the Amendment thus secured." The Supreme Court made clear their understanding of the Thomas Jefferson position with these two statements: "Congress was deprived of all legislative power over mere [religious] opinion, but was left free to reach actions which were in violation of social duties or subversive of good order." 5 "The rightful purposes of civil government are for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order. In this … is found the true distinction between what properly belongs to the church and what belongs to the State." 6 Supreme Court Breaks from Established Precedent. Jefferson's views restated in the context of this 1878 court case remained THE ONLY LEGAL INTERPRETATION of the First Amendment until 1947. In the Supreme Court case of Everson vs. Board of Education, a BAD decision was made.
1. Letter of October 7, 1801, from Danbury (CT) Baptist Association to Thomas Jefferson, from the Thomas Jefferson Papers Manuscript Division, Library of Congress, Washington, D.C.
Thomas Jefferson was not part of that group. But later, those men assumed the understanding of "freedom of religion" (read the below paragraph about the letter that Jefferson wrote about having a "wall of protection").
In these Congressional records there is not one mention of THE 'wall' phrase "Separation of Church and State" or even the concept.
In conclusion, there is one well-established and documented meaning to "a wall of separation between church and state". Although originating in a personal letter written by Thomas Jefferson, it was fully endorsed by the leaders of our country and eventually picked up by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court originally supported Thomas Jefferson's position and used it to decide actual court cases. The intent of the wall was clearly to protect the God-given religious freedoms of the people - a freedom that includes public expression as well. Only when a person's religious expression involved acting with ill will toward another, did the government then have a right to cross the wall, and interfere.
In this account, we will look at the key points from the referenced source documents. As you read this account, keep your eyes open for this phrase: "The 'fence' of the Noah Webster letter and the 'wall' of the Danbury letter", because when you find this phrase you are into the key truth. NOT SO, AS THE "CORE" WORDING AND MEANING (of the "fence") IS NOT CONSIDERED OR USED!
Explore the history of October 1801, Thomas Jefferson had just been elected President of the United States. He was the first anti-Federalist president to be elected and this was welcome news to the Baptists, who were a group that primarily held to the anti-Federalist position. There had been a growing concern among some that other larger denominations such as Episcopalian's and Congregationalist's would be endorsed by the new government.
In light of this concern, the Danbury Baptists wrote a letter to Thomas Jefferson. The first portion of the letter was focused on congratulating him on his new office and wishing him God's blessing in that position. They then proceeded to express their grave concern regarding the "free exercise of religion" as found in the First Amendment to the Constitution. Quoting from their letter:
"Our sentiments are uniformly on the side of religious liberty: that religion is at all times and places a matter between God and the individual, that no man ought to suffer in name, person, or effects on account of his religious opinions, and that the legitimate power of civil government extends no further than to punish the man who works ill to his neighbor. But sir, … herefore what religious privileges we enjoy (as a minor part of the State) we enjoy as favors granted, and not as inalienable rights."1
The Danbury Baptists were concerned that because the "free exercise of religion" was in the Constitution that some, either now or in the future would consider this 'free exercise' to be a government-given right, as opposed to a God-given right, i.e. an inalienable right. They firmly believed this right to be inalienable; unless someone's religious practice "caused him to work ill to his neighbor."
The Court yanked OUT the eight words ("a wall of separation between church and state") out of their long-standing context and derived a new interpretation. Furthermore, the court decided to ignore the previous Supreme Court interpretations and craft a new meaning that involved separation of basic religious principles from public life. In the 1962 case of Engel vs. Vitale, the Court redefined the word "church" to mean "a religious activity in public. These decisions have led to over 6000 court cases challenging religious expressions in public. So completely was the interpretation turned upside down that these court cases were doing exactly what Thomas Jefferson said should not happen - government controlling religious expression (an inalienable right) when there is no physical harm, corruption or ill-will involved. The other outcome of this wildly spinning apple cart is that so many lives have been impacted and through it all the general populace has come to understand this new and wrong interpretation.
The Supreme Court is not totally bound by precedents, so maybe someday the wrong interpretation that has been put upon the American people can be corrected. AND IT MUST BE!
In Conclusion
The Supreme Court is not totally bound by precedents, so maybe someday the wrong interpretation that has been put upon the American people can be corrected.

The reference to "natural rights" was an important phrase of the time that by definition included "that which the Books of the Law and the Gospel do contain". So the natural rights are those inalienable rights given by God to people, and these rights violate no social duty. These inalienable rights are protected from federal regulation interference.
- The Below statements are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! -
The clear and only interpretation of this letter and other documents by Thomas Jefferson is that God is the author and source of our rights and that the government was to be prevented from interfering with those rights. The "fence" of the Noah Webster letter and the "wall" of the Danbury letter were not to limit religious activities in public; rather they were to limit the power of the government to prohibit or interfere with those expressions.
The "wall of separation between Church and State" comes from Thomas Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists, and the context he used it in must be the final interpretation of its meaning.
The Congressional records covering June to September 1789 record the entire process of the ninety Founding Fathers as they created the First Amendment to the Constitution. In these Congressional records there is not one mention of the 'wall' phrase or even the concept. Thomas Jefferson was not part of this group. These men assumed the understanding of freedom of religion that Thomas Jefferson later put into words.
The Supreme Court in 1878 first used the Thomas Jefferson statement in the case of Reynolds vs. United States, a case dealing with the Mormon practice of polygamy. Regarding the use of this letter (from Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist Association) in an official case, the Court said that the letter "may be accepted almost as an authoritative declaration of the scope and effect of the Amendment thus secured." The Supreme Court made clear their understanding of the Thomas Jefferson position with these two statements:
"Congress was deprived of all legislative power over mere [religious] opinion, but was left free to reach actions which were in violation of social duties or subversive of good order."
"The rightful purposes of civil government are for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order. In this … is found the true distinction between what properly belongs to the church and what belongs to the State." 6
Supreme Court Breaks from Established Precedent (no stare decisis)
Conclusion
For decades, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and other radical anti-Christian groups have been on a mission to eliminate public expression of our nation's faith and heritage. By influencing the government, filing lawsuits, and spreading the myth of the so-called “separation of church and state,” the opposition has been successful at forcing its leftist agenda on Americans. Their targeted attacks on religious liberty are more serious and widespread than you may realize. In courtrooms and schoolrooms, offices and shops, public buildings and even churches…those who believe in God are increasingly threatened, punished, and silenced.
STATEMENT 1. "Congress was deprived of all legislative power over mere [religious] opinion, but was left free to reach actions which were in violation of social duties or subversive of good order."
STATEMENT 2. "The rightful purposes of civil government are for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order. In this … is found the true distinction between what properly belongs to the church and what belongs to the State."

No one has been able to effectively kill the LIE OF, "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" and the courts are failing to stop the often intentional misinterpretation's of the MOST important section of the 1st Amendment, (THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION) that many courts have been stripping away from the people and churches of THEIR religious freedoms, which is "GUARANTEED" under the U.S. Constitution's 1st Amendment. I am going to call the phrase of "Separation Of Church And State" by its rightful name, a "MONSTER", and a "LIE", and "ILLEGAL"! Once we have learned and found out how to kill the monster lie, I strongly believe that many if not all of those rulings that have been made to take away and attack religious freedoms will fall like dominoes when the phrase "separation of church and state" is defeated and never used again to WRONGFULLY interpret the 1st Amendment on freedom of religion. Although I am not an a professional in law, I have spent a lot of time over the past years studying the U.S. Constitution. And what I do know, is that a ruling or adding to the 1st Amendment or any other cannot be accepted, ruled or passed on a guess of what a particular amendment means. That is obviously illegal, or should be illegal. As ridiculous as this sounds there have been rulings on illegal misinterpretation's that were passed to interpret a particular amendment as well as other amendments. Common sense would tell me and just about anyone including attorneys and judges, or any court of law that "they" cannot just make up a phrase like "the separation of church and state" WHICH DOES NOT EXIST in the U.S. Constitution, and which the U.S. Supreme court judges have made "illegal ruling/s based on faulty, and or misinterpretation's of the 1st Amendment Of U.S. Constitution including on the freedom religion in the 1st Amendment. That has torn apart the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution for decades! This is an extremely serious infraction of law and of the courts, and is obviously illegal and extremely dangerous and totally detrimental to our U.S. Constitution and to our entire nation, and is an attack on our founding fathers who wrote and gave all of us our sacred "U.S. Constitution.

Before I go on to explain what I believe will defeat the phrase of "separation of church and state" in the 1st Amendment and is often misused and illegally interpreted in a court of law, is we must further analyze the "illegal" and non existent phrase, "Separation Of Church And State", and why it was "invented, promoted and pushed"! Many religious and non religious people in our country have totally accepted the illegal and non existent phrase, "Separation Of Church And State" as being a legal part of the 1st Amendment. I had spent a period of a few weeks asking people in the church I was attending, as well as even asking some strangers, if they had heard and believed "Separation Of Church And State" existed in the U.S. Constitution, and in the 1st Amendment and that is was a law or legal. I was totally shocked by the answers I got back. At least 90% of those I spoke with ALL stated that Separation Of Church and State is in OUR U.S. Constitution. It makes me shutter to think that there are perhaps millions or even a hundred million or more of our nation's citizens that totally believe the same way as those I had questioned?
I realize what I am further going to say may contain a repeat of some of what I have already said, but that I feel it is very important to hammer home the real truth of this issue and attack on freedom of religion, as well as the attack on the U.S. Constitution, namely the 1st Amendment. The phrase "Separation Of Church And State", has been used by anti-God organizations and people in general that have gone before the courts to try change and get new rulings or have the 1st Amendments "freedom of religion" wording changed in which would restrict the freedom of religion or oppose the freedom of religion, which is their goal to further separate the freedom of religion from the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and in doing so, has and is under mining one of our nation's pinnacle of freedoms from our nation's roots and beginnings.(I will repeat this again!) The 1st Amendment in part says THIS CLEARLY, "Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or PROHIBITING the free exercise thereof;"
No where in what I just stated before are there the words and phrase in the ORIGINAL 1st Amendment, "Separation of church and state" other then in an additional ruling added to the ORIGINAL 1st Amendment on the freedom of religion. The wording simply does NOT EXIST in the original.
The words separation of church and state has been "illegally" used to define our religious rights by adding on illegal interpretations. In the context of which the added phrase "separation of church and state" has been used for at least the past almost 40 or more years, in that prayer or religion could no longer be taught or promoted in our nations public schools. In a landmark Supreme Court decision in 1962 prayer and God was kicked out of the classroom. Our courts today continue to misinterpret the 1st Amendment on freedom or religion. The Original 1st amendment on the freedom of religion says this."Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of". It easy for anyone to read and understand that the Congress or any courts or judges cannot pass any rulings on a misinterpretation's of the (in this case) the 1st Amendment without defying the (ORIGINAL LEGAL VERSION) of the 1st Amendment of the U. S. Constitution. And Congress CANNOT prohibit the freedom to exercise religion, but the COURTS REFUSE TO ADDRESS AND TO OBEY THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION TO THIS DAY.
All Americans have legal rights under the 1st amendment of the U.S. Constitution to exercise any religion, religious rights, religious practices, which includes displaying religious signs, putting up religious statues or monuments, religious slogans, public religious preaching and street witnessing in this nation without fear of retribution or reprisal from the law or Congress. Congress cannot legally control or abolish or deny or establish any rulings or laws against or for the freedom of religion, and or against anyone exercising the freedom of religion, and or any religious group or groups/s, or church or churches or organization or organizations exercising their legal rights to exercise their freedom of religion under the ORIGINAL 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. "The 1st amendment essentially says THIS (this is a repeat), "Congress cannot prohibit religion, or those who exercise it!" The ORIGINAL 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution did not put any controls on freedom of religion in this country! In fact, the original 1st Amendment made it a law to protect religion, and those who practise religion, and a law for government to keep their noses out of religion! How much easier can it be stated and IT IS in the 1st Amendment?
The framers of our Constitution had it very well in mind, that in the future that there would be clarifications and changes and added to the Amendments. The "framers" knew very well that would eventually happen. BUT the framers never intended any parts of the U.S. Constitution to be changed from it's original core base of wording, intent, meaning and understanding! Since then, for decades new interpretations including new additions to the original Amendments of the Constitution have been added, but have not followed the "Core" basis of the Original Constitution, which in this case, the "1st Amendment and a number of those new additions are both faulty and inaccurate and are not based on the "core" of the original (in this case, the 1st Amendment. Any new changes MUST stay inline with the CORE of the U.S. Constitution and it's and the intent, meaning, understanding and interpretation of framers original framers Constitution.
There must be a set plan and guide line to follow, such as a "Litmus" test in order to add a new addition to one or any of the original Amendments of the Constitution of the U.S. and that the new additional interpretation may become part of a certain Amendment, and it MUST NOT INFRINGE IN ANY WAY on the original Amendment or Amendments original meaning and the intent of the wording of the ORIGINAL Framer's Amendment or Amendments. (SPECIAL NOTE:) I realize what I just stated I may have said before, but it is for a purpose to drive home the urgency and necessity of legally and accurately interpreting the 1st Amendment and any other Amendments in the U.S. Constitution! It is a great travesty and injustice to change the actual meaning of and amendment or any of the other Amendments in the Constitution, but it has happened and way to often, and thus we end up with NEW wording and a new meaning and end up with a new ruling addition to an or the Amendment which ends up meaning something partially or even totally different then what the original Amendment or Amendments read and stated and meant! And when this happens, we will get into deep and troubled waters and end up misinterpreting which is illegal to do to the original Amendment or any other of the original Amendments. This is where a lot of the problems and the trouble is and has caused, and it is with ("adding on of additional ideas, concepts, rulings etc.,") into the "core" base of the "original" Amendment or Amendments of the Constitution without thorough and complete understanding and knowledge of the "CORE" base of an amendment or any of the original amendments and a total injustice and total misunderstanding of the original FRAMERS of any of the original Amendments of the Constitution. I have repeated this before, which is FOR those don't get it or understand how very essential and very important that the U.S. Constitution MUST NOT LOSE IT'S "CORE" ORIGINALITY OF THE AMENDMENTS that our FRAMERS worked so VERY hard to hammer out for ALL generations!
It has to make many people wonder, WHY has this and still is being done to our U.S. Constitution? You would think with so many intellectual and very intelligent well schooled and extremely knowledgeable representatives of the people of this nation in our government and in the Supreme Court, that they could so badly screw up the U.S. Constitution, namely and in this case, the "1st Amendment that reads very clearly about religious FREEDOM and RIGHTS! Perhaps some of it is from some of the "so called" intellectuals in our government that are just incompetent or just plain ignorant in making new changes to our Constitution? My personal feelings and convictions is that many of those involved in making decisions on new additional changes to an Amendment or Amendments to the Constitution, comes from an individual or group agenda and in many cases from pressure from small special interest groups and organizations that try to sway and influence legal decisions and rulings, which is a HORRIBLE INJUSTICE THAT IS HAS BEEN AND STILL IS BEING DONE to our U.S. Constitution. And let us not forget about the power of political pressure that is way too often used to change the meaning of an amendment by adding in a new interpretation to the ORIGINAL amendment or amendments. This will continue to happened UNTIL people wake up and demand this travesty and national disaster against our "U.S. Constitution" to STOP IMMEDIATELY!
What I have not stated in this study I believe TOTALLY echo's the same sentiments, thoughts, convictions and beliefs of millions of American citizens, that WE MUST HAVE TOTAL HONESTY, ESPECIALLY when it comes to decisions of introducing any NEW interpretations to any of the ORIGINAL AMENDMENTS in the U.S. Constitution, and that any new interpretations MUST FOLLOW the meaning and intent of the ORIGINAL AMENDMENTS and MUST stay with in the "Core" of the ORIGINAL AMENDMENT/S. The "U.S. Constitution" is one of OUR MOST sacred and established historical documents and there is NO room or tolerance for dishonesty, corruption, or misinterpretation's including any personal beliefs, and there should NEVER BE any room or place for any of our politicians, judges, law makers, Congressmen and other representatives of and for our government to make any changes to an Amendment UNLESS the proposed additions meet a "LITMUS TEST", ("which I already explained previously"), that no interpretations or rulings on the 1st Amendment or any of the other original "Amendments of the Constitution without thorough and complete understanding and study of the "CORE" base of the original FRAMERS of any of the ORIGINAL Amendments, or this can and will only spell disaster that will effect every American in our nation! Here is as a PRIME example of misinterpreting the Constitution Amendments or in this case, the 1st Amendment where our nation's freedom of religion is being ATTACKED and slowly stripping away our FREEDOM/S OF RELIGION and from added interpretations to the ORIGINAL 1st Amendment, namely on the "Freedom Of Religion!" Many millions of people have been BRAIN WASHED TOO BELIEVE the LIE of "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!" This misinterpretation has taken many of our American citizens religious rights and freedoms, including, which within the past few years is the "Persecution of Christians and Christianity".
Our nation for the first time in it's history is facing "CONDEMNATION AND PERSECUTION" directed towards "Christians and Christianity". UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE! Our U.S. Constitution was FOUNDED upon GOD, the Christian/Judeo God. Any one with an average intelligence can read the U.S. Constitution, namely the ORIGINAL 1st Amendment which has to deal with freedom of religion. And in case of those who do not understand that the wording in the 1st Amendment (THE ORIGINAL) U.S. Constitution does "NOT CONTAIN" or "INFER" any wording that TAKES AWAY THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION IN ANY WAY! For those who do not believe me, READ the ORIGINAL U.S. Constitution and THE 1ST AMENDMENT FOR YOURSELF!" Many who don't know a lot or a very little, or perhaps almost nothing about the "U.S. Constitution and the Amendments, MANY OF YOU CAN THANK many of the public schools of our public school system you had gone from, or are presently going to. Many public schools including many universities in our nation no longer teach about our fore fathers of our nation, or teach about the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration Of Independence and other important writings of our founding fathers and much of anything else that has to do with the REAL TRUTH ABOUT YOUR NATION'S HISTORY, THE REAL HISTORY!
From day one when the pilgrims had come to this land, they had prayed and agreed the discovery of the new world (this country) would be a country for and of God. From day one it was accepted unanimously. There was even a prayer given on the ships that landed here, as well as on the land that the men and women that sailed from England had committed the new land to God and along with Christianity. And from that first prayer came the birth of OUR nation and WAS founded upon GOD/JEHOVA, and NOT on any other so called Gods that are false Gods, and that is why the United States Of America became one of or THE the most prosperous free and blessed, in the history of world!
The misinterpretation of the phrase, "separation of church and state" has been the center point, and the pinnacle on which we the American public have obviously lost so many religious rights and freedoms. The phrase of "Separation of Church and State", is being abused by many attorney's and many courts in our nation! The illegal interpretation has been the mainstay for many legal court ruling decisions for decades that tear apart the "Freedom Of Religion". I can't emphasize enough how this lie and illegal (not existent wording) in the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution DOES EXIST! And That is one of "THE" greatest tragedy's that has ever taken place in the history of this country with in the U.S.Constitution, namely in the 1st Amendment and is against God, and against our founding fathers, and against "us" the people of the United States. A monstrous lie and ruse that has been forced down the throats of the millions of American people, that tragically have believed and believe the lie!
The lie of "separation of church and state" FIRST began with the "Secular Humanist Manifesto I", and also in the "Secular Humanist Manifesto II". The main objective of the over 100 year old organization was to deny God or any other so called gods or religion or religions.
Those interested in learning about " Secular Humanism", and the "Humanist Manifesto", I have a special page that will tell you all that you need to learn and know. I included the original copy of the "Humanist Manifesto" along with my own notes and commentary. After you have read over the material, including the beliefs and goals of the Secular Humanist movement, you will probably see the close relationship to what is happening today in our country, and how "Secular Humanism" has changed our nation and continues to change it! In the early 70s, there was a ruling from the high courts in the U.S. on "Secular Humanism" that it was and is recognized as a legal religion, and recognized under the laws as such. This is when our nation spiraled "OUT OF", "cultural", "legal", "moral" CONTROL! Our country went through the greatest "cultural" change (which I refer to as the beginning of the end of America as we knew it up until the end of the 1950s). Religion, politics, morality, science, human behavior, to mention only but a few of what came under attack! It was then, in that cultural change explosion that America began it's slide downwards. Almost all of our nation's decent moral and religious standards and beliefs were under attack and began quickly being legally challenged and changed. Religion and God was under attack. It was an age where almost every idea, every ideal and every aspect of life and cultural in this nation was not only put under a microscope, but in a time that morals and morality" were also under fire and was in question. The new age of "do your own thing", and "turn on and drop out", "sexual freedom", the attack on morals being replaced with the new Secular Humanist teachings of "values clarification", and almost all of our nation's founding principles were also under fire! The age of Aldous Huxley's well known book and well read, "Brave New World", along with other cultural and political extremists were the themes for the 60s cultural anti-moral and political change and the birth and freedom of expanding ones mind through hallucinogenic drugs! But most of all, in the beginning of the 60s was the perfect setting and time for the "Humanist Manifesto" to unmask itself and introduce themselves to the public and take over with their new "culture" for man kind, which does away with all religions and religious boundaries, and promotes every women and man is his and her own deity, as well as many other social ideas that broke the main stream. The "Secular Humanists" introduced their plans and beliefs through the nation's the public schools. It was like our nation had lost it's mind mentally, sexually, morally and spiritually with the public introduction of the Humanists Approach, teachings, beliefs and goals.
It was evil's crowning achievement to begin the plan to destroy this nation by beginning with and through the "flower power, hippy" generation of 1960s and 70s generation. Even as early as the mid 50s, an almost prophetic speech message was given that revealed decades later what would happen to the America and it's people.
Those of you who may remember the USSR leader Nikita Kruschev (Premiere of the United Soviet Socialists Republic, the "USSR"), may recall the statement he made at the U.N. in the mid 1950s, while he was pounding his shoe on the table, he stated loudly and defiantly to the U.N. that "we, the (United Soviet Socialists Republic), we will take YOU (the United States)from within without dropping even one bomb. We won't even have to destroy any of your buildings or cities. We will take you from "within". Kruschev's ranting was his belief and his dream to destroy the U.S. with changing our country to a communist nation.) I for one, will never forget that special broadcast that was filmed at the U.N. as long as I live, as I saw it all and heard it on TV when I was around 10 to 12 years old. I don't think Kruschev really ever fully realized the magnitude of that statement that he made would actually begin to happen! "AND IT HAS BEGUN!" And perhaps, even though Kruschev didn't realize the full magnitude that his words were prophetic, that 5 to 7 years later, (early 1960s). IT BEGAN here in the United States first with Socialism and Communism taking roots. Anyone that knows a little history about our government's infiltration of communist spies in our government and the growing interest of those that joined the American Communist party beginning back in the 50s and 60s and even in the 70s. It is a fact that our government, even the U.S. capitol was infiltrated in the 60s and 70s with Communist sympathizers and spies and it had become almost over whelming! Don't believe me? Well, do a study on the Communist spies of the 50s and 60s, and early 70s, when Presidents Nixon, Kennedy and Johnson were in office. (SPECIAL NOTE:) There was a growing American Communist party movement that started in the late 1930s and went on through the 1940s, and then seemed to drop off with large numbers of American citizens who had been interested and involved with the movement, had dropped off. I only just skimmed a very little about the American Communist Party and it's history.
Getting back to what I was saying about Nikita Kruschev's statement in the U.N. It was hard for me at the time and being so young to fully understand and fully comprehend what Nikita Kruschev's was saying. What Kruschev stated while "POUNDING" his shoe on the table before him at the U.N. and his fiery, angry words that he shouted out of "WE WILL TAKE YOU FROM WITHIN", I find those words to be very shockingly prophetical in what he said, as we know and see the state of condition our nation is in today! I hope to God you who are reading this THAT IT SHAKES YOU TO YOUR VERY BONES WITH ANGER AND SORROW! THEY, (the Communists, Socialists, Secular Humanists, and EVEN the TERRORISTS are HERE and INSIDE OUR COUNTRY!) I want to shout out, "WAKE UP AMERICA! WAKE UP! YOUR NATION IS UNDER ATTACK, AND YOU ARE ABOUT TO LOOSE YOUR COUNTRY UNLESS YOU AND YOU AND YOU RISE UP AND DO SOMETHING AND FIGHT BACK THOSE THAT ARE DESTROYING OUR BELOVED COUNTRY, AS WELL AS FIGHT TO GET YOUR FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS BACK THAT WERE GIVEN TO ALL OF YOU AND I BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS!"
In my personal opinion (which I believe millions of American's share with me), It was the beginning of an attack on God, and on our form of government to strip this great country of it's founding religious, human and moral principles, by those who hate God, as well as atheists, agnostics, and atheist organizations and including the Radical Muslim religion, not to mention the grand daddy of all the anti-God oppositions, "THE HUMANIST MANIFESTO".
(Please note: I go into greater detail in explaining "secular humanism" in another separate area on this web site.)
In the 1960s It was the age of "Aquarius", the word adopted from a popular song of that time. It was the beginning of the end of America as we knew it, for those of us that are of the baby boomer generation that remember that, and know how horribly America has changed with and since the cultural revolution of that era. I have only skimmed the surface of a very complex problem that is within our nation and in within out government and within many of the people our country.
Unfortunately and tragically our nation's "U.S.Constitution" has been under attack, and this has caused a great controversy and an out cry from millions of people in our nation. One of those main Amendments under attack is the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution on the "Freedom Of Religion". For the past 50 years there has been those who have changed the freedom of religion, by getting poor or completely illegal rulings in legal arguments and passed by the courts over the 1st Amendment of the U.S.
This has caused a great controversy, which began by the prompting of the out cry of small interest groups, organizations and even individuals that wanted to contest the freedom of religion and change the freedom of religion, and either water it down, or do away with it altogether, which strips the Americans of their Constitutional rights and UNDER the ORIGINAL "U.S. Constitution" Mostly, it has been the radical liberal liars, and atheist organizations and liberal law judges that have perverted the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by wrongfully misinterpreting the "The 1st Amendment" by quoting and having enforced the "illegal" misinterpretation. There are historical facts in many letters, notes, etc., written by the framers of our U.S. Constitution and their extreme concern that in the future that future generations would NOT alter an amendment to loose it's original meaning and understanding.

FINAL COMMENT ON SEPETATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!
The illegal wording of "Separation of church and state" (Jefferson's "wall" or "fence" to prevent attacks and misinterpreting "freedom of religion" in the "1st Amendment")has TRAGICALLY AND WRONGFULLY won many legal battles in the courts that undermines the "freedom of religion". The illegal misinterpreted phrase, "Separation Of Church And State" screams loudly against ALL that this nation stands for as well as the illegal misinterpretation of the first amendment promotes Communism and Socialism, where the state and government can control and prohibit the freedoms of "freedom of speech" and "freedom of the press" and "freedom of religion", the very pinnacle on which OUR NATION WAS FOUNDED UPON. END!

THE FAILURE OF OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS
IS NOT TEACHING OUR KIDS ABOUT THE FOUNDING PRINCIPLES, FAITH, FREEDOM, ETC., OF, ABOUT AND FOR OUR NATION!
One of my last comments is the failure of many of the public schools across the U.S. that either fail to teach the foundation and principles of which this nation was founded upon, including our past great men and women who greatly helped to establish this country. Angrily I have to say this. Many of you who are reading this study, YOUR kids are NOT BEING TAUGHT ABOUT OUR FORE FATHERS, OR ABOUT THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT THE MANY PATRIOTS THAT FAUGHT FOR AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE US WHAT WE HAVE TODAY, AND THAT MUCH OF WHAT THEY HAVE GIVEN US IS BEING DESTROYED BY LIARS, ATHEISTS, CROOKED AND CORRUPT POLITICIANS AND MORE, MUCH MORE! It is hard to believe that I as well as millions upon millions of my generation, (those of us who remember what America really stood for and what America was all about). I am not saying that MY generation (the baby boomers) that the United States was perfect and without any flaws. We were taught in public (as well as Christian schools) that made it a daily mandatory practise to stand up from our desks, and then put our right hand on our hearts, and face the U.S. Flag (which was in every school room (public and Christian) in the U.S., and we said this;"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
ALL of the kids in America ALL had to say that every morning! And then on of our nation's veteran's day we ALL had to stand and facing the east and with our hands over our hearts and for perhaps a minute in silence to honor ALL those who had fought and died for YOUR NATION! WE didn't condemn and mock Christians. We were also allowed to say the Lord's prayer centered around the belief in God. Can you who WERE NOT brought up in that generation imagine doing what our generation did in SCHOOL and every day saying the Pledge Of Allegiance? If the children of today did what we did and had too, they would be chastised in various ways by the public schools for talking about GOD in the classroom, and in many cases children were sent home as a punishment! OUR generation was TAUGHT ABOUT GOD AND COUNTRY AND PATRIOTISM in a good and patriotic and reverent fashion, including honoring our Country and God, the Christian/Judeo GOD, not ALLAH or any other PAGAN GODS OR PAGAN RELIGIONS. If I have offended anyone in what I stated in regards to PAGAN GODS AND PAGAN RELIGIONS, I make NO apologies! Our nation since it's birth was formed and grounded upon the "Christian/Judeo God", not any other so called gods OR FALSE GODS! And this was the main reason WHY our nation from it's beginning was blessed and became one of the, or THE MOST BLESSED AND SUCCESSFUL NATION EVER TO BE in the history of the world! I am not saying our country was perfect. Our nation had its times over the past hundreds of years that EVIL and CORRUPTION had taken hold, but when it did, it didn't last long, and "LIBERTY, FREEDOM, JUSTICE AND GOD" TRIUMPHED. Tragically we have seen within the past 53 years an erosion of our country. Most or many of our public schools are the biggest offenders of the cause of millions of our nation's children and young adults of not learning about their freedoms from our founding fathers set of rules, etc.
IMMORAL AND RELIGIOUS DETERIORATION OF OUR NATION!
With "Freedom Of Religion" being one of the MAJOR areas that is under attack in this nation, (in my personal view and opinion), areas such as immorality is one of the MAIN and first areas that will deteriorate rapidly and will continue to get worse as the Freedom Of Religion is restricted more and more. To put it simply, one of the greatest downfalls of our nation is the deterioration of morals and principles! What I am going to add here directly is a MAJOR out come of attacking and diminishing the Freedom Of Religion in the ORIGINAL 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. This will be shocking and even sickening as I am going to paint a verbal picture in words that will show the readers not only what is happened since the Freedom Of Religion has been under attack, but also what will happen and GET WORSE AND WORSE UNTIL this nation turns around and goes BACK FULLY to what our founding fathers gave us! Please take a LONG BREATH and carefully read the following NIGHTMARE of what some of it is already here and happening now, and WILL ONLY GET WORSE unless or until the MAJORITY of our nation's people wake up!
In the past 53 years we have seen a downhill slide in areas of; "A Drug Epidemic that has never before ever been seen in our nation's history!" A sky rocketing of major sexual problems, (SINS) that are just as bad as the Biblical cities of "Sodom and Gomora" that eventually God had totally destroyed. Sexual defiance that are growing in our country such as, "sexual molesting of children, incest, and many other forms of some of the most evil and sick sexual perversions that there is, and in my own opinion, sexual abuse of children is more wide spread then most people could ever imagine.
In 1982 a school system counselor and personal friend of mine who was the head counselor of an entire school system and had counseled with children for over 14 years had told me that there was a study on incest that had showed and revealed that at LEAST, 50% of MALE parents in the home were SEXUALLY MOLESTING their children. Here it is, the year 2013 and 40 YEARS LATER, and INCEST AND MOLESTING of children has grown and is growing at an alarming rate. I heard this in A 1995 report that children being sexually molested by a male parent is 70%. I find it totally believable because of SEXUAL PERVERSION AND DEVIANCY IS A MAJOR GROWING PROBLEM AND EPIDEMIC as well. The GROWING IMMORALITY epidemic with growing sexual incest of children and partly or more caused by the incredible sexual FILTH on TV, in Show cinemas, including XXX rated porno movies and pornographic magazines and an increasing immoral change of millions of people and due to sexual immorality indulgences of almost every kind, and our nation is literally in a growing "tidal wave" of sexual sins and filth!
Wake up America!

In a part of the 1st amendment of the United States says clearly, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;". It states very clearly, and very simply that the government cannot make any laws against the freedom of religion or any laws to stop, change, or alter religion, and or religious freedoms. In fact, that part in the 1st amendment makes a strong point of stating that the government in any way shape or form, "cannot" prohibit the "freedom" of religion. In other words, it is illegal for the U.S. government to pass laws or to prohibit religious freedoms, worship, preaching, teaching, religious expression, religious meeting places, religious meeting in homes, religion in schools, (public or religious schools), prayer silently spoken or out loud or silently in public or Prochrial schools or any where in public. "Freedom of religion" was and is guaranteed to and for every American in this nation. And that part in the 1st Amendment also states that the government can not make any laws "respecting an establishment of religion". In other words, that simply means that government must keep their noses out of the freedom of religion according to the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the U.S.". That's simple enough to understand. The 1st Amendment Of The U.S. Constitution is simply saying that the government is not in the religion promoting business, or in the business to promote churches, as well as the government is NOT in the business to work against and control religion and churches and religious freedom. And it makes it very clear after that statement of (can't make any laws), "respecting an establishment of religion, and that the government cannot and will not prohibit the freedom of religion. How much clearer could this be written into our Constitution?
Those opposed to religion and the FREEDOM of religion will come up with any argument they can to try to change the actual and authentic meaning in the 1st Amendment on the freedom of religion! Why even a teenager could understand this one particular statement in the 1st Amendment, that has had (so called) experts and many politicians scratching their brains, and claiming they are stumped over? What a joke! But actually it is not a joke! It is down right serious! There are people in our government, and outside of our government that are working around the clock every day every week and year in and year out trying to find ways to tear apart our Constitution and change it into something it is NOT, or was NOT intended to say or be, and what it does NOT mean. There is an old saying that most of us have heard for years, and I really like that saying, "America", love it or leave it!" For those who don't like our Constitution, and or our freedoms, and or our founding fathers hard and sacrificial work to form this GREAT REPUBLIC,(which they put their very lives on the line to fight for it), I say, "GET OUT! LEAVE AMERICA ALONE! There are other countries that you can go to! And good riddance!

(Personal Testimony Of My Fore Fathers!)
I am one of those in this nation that was fortunate enough to come from a line of proud fore fathers! My 4th great father, August, was an officer in the Northern army, and fought along side of "General William Techumseh Sherman", and all the way through the south in Sherman's famous and historical "March To The Sea", fighting the Confederates and helping to bring the end of the Civil War! My great grand daddy survived the civil war, even after being shot 4 separate times! Grandpa August Fought for our country, and YOU and I. My proud American Heritage goes back further then that, when my fore fathers came to the United States, and traveled by wagon across half of the U.S. to settle in Wisconsin. And through their travels into this state, they were attacked by Indians, and survived. They had flipped over the old "thrashing" table they brought with them from Germany! It was that table that most likely saved their lives, as they were behind the table as Indians were shooting arrows at them! That table exists today in our family, and still has an old indentation in it that was made by an Indian arrow that stuck into the table! There are more notable fore fathers in my family and that has helped in establishing Milwaukee, one of the largest cities in Wis., I have made the point, that I am a proud American, and that I LOVE my country, and my generations have proven to be GREAT Americans that have helped to give my generation and many of yours, this great nation!

Controversy of Pledge of Allegiance
Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag, was originally written in August, 1892 by an American Baptist minister and social activist, Francis Bellamy. However, the original Pledge has been altered several times since then. Congressional sessions open with the recitation of this pledge and it is also recited at public events. The short, 15 second pledge, is a promise or oath of loyalty to the Republic of United States of America.
As per the United States Flag Code, the pledge is to be recited by standing at attention; facing the American flag and placing the right hand over the heart. People in uniform face the flag, remain silent and take the military salute. Those not in uniform must remove any non-religious headdress with their right hand and place it on their left shoulder, in such a way that their right hand is over the heart. The Pledge of Allegiance in schools is recited by children of all religions across America on a daily basis.
The Controversy of Pledge of Allegiance
Today, the words of the Pledge of Allegiance reads: "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
The Pledge of Allegiance is supposed to be important to American citizens, however, there is a lot of debate over its recitation. The objectionable factor is the phrase 'under God' in the pledge. This phrase 'under God' means something different to every individual:
?It refers to the existence of a deity, who is omnipotent and omniscient. ?It refers to a male deity, as female deities are referred to as Goddesses and are not taken into consideration in the Pledge. ?Further, the phrase refers to monotheism, indicating the presence of a single deity ruling over America. ?It also gives the indication that majority of the Americans believe in the existence of a God, who interfered with the events occurring on Earth, thereby guiding America in the direction He wishes.
The phrase 'under God' was not part of the original pledge formulated by Francis Bellamy (1892). It was inserted decades later on June 14, 1954, during the cold war, by religious leaders of the country (especially at the urging of then President Dwight D. Eisenhower.) Since then, the recitation of the Pledge has become a hot controversial topic.
The United States self-identified itself as predominantly Christian, with approximately 88% of American adults being Christians in 1954. However, the percentage of Christian population has been plummeting. In a survey conducted by researchers at Trinity College in Hartford and funded by the Lilly Endowment and the Posen Foundation in 1990, the percentage dropped to 86, and in another decades time, the rate dropped even further. By 2008, the percentage of Christians in the US had dropped to 76.
The 2008 survey indicates that the number of Christians in the US has been reducing. Moreover, various other non-Christian religious groups have been growing steadily. Then there are the 'Nones', who comprise the atheists, agnostics and those without a stated religious preference. The 'Nones' have grown from 8.2% in 1990 to 15.0% in 2008. One disconcerting indicator that reveals Americans' lack of attachment to religion, is the data that 27% Americans do not wish to have a religious funeral at their death.
These religious minorities have stirred the debate about keeping 'God' in Pledge of Allegiance. Atheists who deny the existence of God, find it offensive to recite the words of the Pledge. They find the Pledge more of a religious oath, than a pledge directed to honor the nation. Moreover, they believe that religion and Government should be kept at arm's length. They also state that schools are using the Pledge as a means to brainwash children into believing the existence of an omnipotent and omniscient God.
Then again, there are the Agnostics, who are undecided about the existence of God, thus, don't wish to recite the Pledge with the words 'under God' in them. Moreover, Deists believe in a God who created the universe, brought it together and then left. They believe God is not around anymore, therefore, the phrase 'under God' is not applicable to them as well. Ethical culturalists and humanists set their belief on secular considerations and are also not in favor of the phrase. Buddhists do not believe in a personal God and several Jews (due to Christian persecution) mostly oppose all governmental involvement in religion. All these variations in beliefs has resulted in the debate over the Pledge of Allegiance.
Opposition to the Pledge in Schools
Ever since 1892, the Pledge of Allegiance has been recited in schools on a daily basis (although today it is recited on a weekly basis or less in a number of schools). What began as the perfect means to inculcate patriotism in children, has ended up getting entangled in religious controversies. While most God-fearing people have absolutely no issues with the Pledge, those who believe otherwise seem to have several issues with the same. Parents opposing the Pledge state that the phrase 'under God' is nothing but imposing religion on children.
Michael Arthur Newdow, an atheist, challenged the Bush Administration regarding the Pledge of Allegiance, by filing a lawsuit on behalf of his daughter. He argued that his child should not be forced to say the Pledge with the phrase 'under God'. In response, the Bush Administration stated that the reference to 'God' in the Pledge was in accordance to the history of the nation and is similar to the phrase "In God We Trust", which is stamped on all bills and coins of America. Newdow lost the lawsuit, because he did not have custody of his daughter in the first place, so was not considered eligible to file a lawsuit on her behalf in the first place.
Reciting the Pledge in school is not a compulsion, however, people of different schools of thought still seem to have a problem with it. If reciting the pledge is not a compulsion, then what is the controversy all about? Shouldn't those who oppose just remain seated, while the others recite the Pledge, as asked by the Government. Moreover, those who have a problem with the phrase 'under God' can omit the words while saying the Pledge.
Well, things are not so simple! People opposing the Pledge say that their kids are subjected to harassment and insults from peers, if they don't participate in its recitation. Thus, they want their children's rights to be protected and are imploring the State to stop its recitation in schools. If the Pledge is not recited at all, their children don't have to be left out, thereby, solving their problem.
In early 2010, an incident occurred in Maryland, where a student was escorted by police officers in response to a complaint made by the teacher, when the student refused to recite the pledge. By law, every student has the right to abstain from saying the pledge, yet, the teacher acted otherwise. The teacher had to later apologize for her actions. However, after the incident the other children in class mocked the student, which made things unpleasant. To avoid such situations, parents wish that the Pledge is not recited in school.
Parents also believe the Pledge violates the First Amendment. The First Amendment gives people the freedom to exercise religion. Americans cannot be compelled to recite a pledge they find violating their personal beliefs. The recitation of the Pledge before sports events and council meetings has also been seen to stir up numerous controversies.
It is sad to see how Americans fail to see the Pledge of Allegiance, as a sign of patriotism to their very own country! Those words which were chosen to unite the nation seem to have divided it severely. There is no answer as to when the incessant debate over the Pledge of Allegiance will end. Since the recitation of the Pledge is not a compulsion, each American is free to choose whether he or she wishes to say the pledge or not. God bless America!
